Mastered by Grammy-winning engineer Sean Magee at Abbey Road Studios on a Neumann VMS 80 using SABA/MPS mastertapes, via a pure AAA analogue chain. This series sees the first ever release on 45 single format of some of the most significant and revered recordings within the back catalogue of Europe's greatest jazz label. Featuring audiophile-grade vinyl and glossy heavyweight covers manufactured at Pallas Group GmbH (WB004 to WB013), this single-press limited-edition series is issued here for the first and only time, with absolutely no represses.
The latest MPS titles in the series – Bora Rokovic (WB021) and Peter Herbolzheimer (WB022) – have a limited edition press run of just 500 copies, and were manufactured at Optimal Media GmbH .
